Mr. vitus adaboo azeem
(Executive Secretary)

Mr. Vitus Adaboo Azeem is the Executive Secretary of Ghana Integrity Initiative, a civil empowerment non-profit organization that focuses solely on curbing corruption in Ghana.

Mr. Azeem holds a Master of Arts Degree in Sociology and a Masters Degree in Taxation, both awarded by the University of Akron, Akron, Ohio in the US in 1997. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with Economics, awarded by the University of Ghana, Legon in 1979. In addition, Mr. Azeem holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Effective Policies for Human Development awarded by the Institute of Social Studies, The Hague in 2005. He has also undergone three-week training in Anti-Corruption/Curbing Corruption in Copenhagen, Denmark, under a DANIDA Fellowship Programme in 2008.

Mr. Isaac Nai
(Finance & Administration Manager)

Mr. Nai is the Finance and Administration manager of Ghana Integrity Initiative.

He holds an MBA (with concentration in Finance and Strategic Management) from Greenwich University, UK, BSc (Accounting) degree from Oxford Brookes University, UK. He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of ACCA, UK. He has over thirteen years working experience in the field of Finance and Administration. He worked as a Senior Auditor and a Finance Manager for two separate London Boroughs. Mr. Nai has undertaken consultancy work for a number of companies in both private and public.

   
Mr. George Amoh
(Project Coordinator -ALAC)

Mr. George Amoh is the Coordinator of the Advocacy and Legal Advocacy Centre (ALAC) of the Ghana Integrity Initiative. He has 11 years of professional experience in the fields of human rights, Alternative Dispute Resolution and governance. He has completed a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Ghana, and holds a post graduate Diploma in Human Rights, from the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law, University of Lund in Sweden.

George Amoh has held positions such as Principal Investigator and Human Rights Officer for the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice in Ghana, from 1999 to 2006. He also, worked for the Legal Aid Scheme as the National Coordinator for the Community Mediation Centres and Prison Decongestion Programme, with sponsorship from the UNDP, from January 2007 to April 2008. Mrs. Mary Awelana Addah
(Programmes & Research Officer)

Mrs Mary Awelana Addah is the Programmes and Research Officer at the Ghana Integrity Initiative. Prior to her appointment she worked with the Ghana Trade and Livelihoods Coalition (GTLC), the Centre for Community and Social Development (CENCOSAD) and the Ghana Education Service where she taught at various levels in the basic education sector.
Mary Awelana Addah is a graduate in Social Work and Sociology from the University of Ghana. She also holds an MA degree in Development Studies awarded in 2008.

   
Ms. Gifty Ofori
(Programmes Officer)

Gifty Ofori (Miss.) works with the Ghana Integrity Initiative as an Assistant Programmes Officer. Until this position she was the Project Support Assistant for GII for five years.

She holds a Bsc. Degree in Human Resource Management from Central University College.  Her educational credentials include a Certificate in Measuring Democracy, Governance and Human Rights from InWEnt Centre for Economic and Social Statistics held at Namibia, Windhoek in 2007. She also holds an IMIS Diploma in Computer Science from MEGA Computers and a Certificate in an intensive computer training programme in Administrative Assistance at Frandix Computers. She was a team assistant for a group of consultants working on the Ghana Poverty Reduction Strategy I.

Her special interests include, among others, event organization, advocacy, research and human rights issues.

   
Nana Yaw Saah Aboagye
(Programmes Officer - ALAC)

Nana Yaw Saah Aboagye (Mr.) is the Programmes Officer at the Advocacy & Legal Advice Centre (ALAC) of Ghana Integrity Initiative. Recruited in November 2009, Mr. Aboagye has had stints with UNICEF, British Council, Volunteer Service Overseas and OrphanAid Africa over the years. During this span of years with the various organizations, Mr. Aboagye handled several positions including Advocacy and Communications Officer, Programme Supervisor, International Volunteer Coordinator and External Relations Manager. His educational credentials include an MA International Affairs and BFA Theatre Arts. He is currently reading an LLB degree with University of London through distance education. He possesses auxiliary record in basic French and Japanese. Mr. Aboagye’s specialties include project management, managing international volunteers, research, community development, writing human interest stories, theatre for development, event organisation and advocacy.

Ms. Eunice Worgba
(Account Assistant)

Eunice Worgba is a Finance Assistant on a contract basis with Ghana Integrity Initiative. She holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting (HND), having graduated from Accra Polytechnic in 2008. She was posted to Ghana Integrity Initiative for her National Service.
Having exhibited determination and ability to learn new skills, she was taken on contract basis after her National Service as a Finance Assistant in the Finance department.

   
Mr. Charles Inkum
(Driver & General Service Asst.)

Charles Inkum (Mr.) works with the Ghana Integrity Initiative as a Driver and General Service Assistant. Prior to his engagement with Ghana Integrity Initiative, Mr. Inkum worked as a chief driver with Jobesh Travel & Tour and Walters Travel & Tour in Accra. He holds a certificate in SSCE and a driver’s license D. His specialty, aside being a dependable driver, is auto electricals.
