Ms. Maria Gorbanova

Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor

Ms. Gorbanova joined Ghana Integrity Initiative (GII) in February 2016 as a GIZ Development Adviser for Monitoring & Evaluation for a period of two years. Prior to GII, Ms. Gorbanova worked for five years at the Secretariat of Transparency International in Berlin, Germany. There, she held various supporting and coordinating multi-country anti-corruption projects.

Ms. Gorbanova holds an MA (Distinction) in Conflict, Security & Development from King’s College London and a BA (Honors) with double-majors in Political Science and International Business and Economics from the State University of New York, College at Brockport.

Ms. Gorbanova’s responsibilities at GII include developing a comprehensive organisational M&E framework and advising GII’s programmes team on M&E practices.
