The Board

Rebecca Atswei Lomo is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. She was a Council member of the Institute for eight years and chaired the admission Committee for several years. She was Chairman and now the patron of Accra East District Society of Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana).

She holds Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) SMC University, Switzerland; Executive MBA (Finance) and MA Religion all from University of Ghana, Legon.

She is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and the current President of Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), Ghana Chapter. She is a member of Global ACFE Advisory Council Committee and also member of Chapter Leaders’ Committee at the Global level.

She is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Ghana, a former member of council of the Institute and Chaired the Finance Committee for several years. She is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Global, Headquartered in Florida, USA.

She is a Fellow member of Institute of Directors, Ghana, and a Member of Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana.

She trained as a practicing Accountant in KPMG and O.A.K and Co. all firms of Chartered Accountant

She is the current Managing Partner of JESH Chartered Accountants and the Chief Executive of LAR Consult, a Managing Consulting Firm, which runs training in Fraud Risk Management, Cyber Risk Management, Risk, Governance and control, Internal Auditing among others.

She currently Chairs the Board of NTHC Properties Limited, she serves as a Non-Executive Director of StarLife Assurance Co Ltd and on other Boards. She Chairs the Audit Committee of Bui Pwer Authority and serves as a member of other Audit Committees.

She was the Head of Audit for Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) for several years; She was sent on secondment to Trust Logistics as the General Manager of Finance and Administration. She was later recalled to SSNIT in 2014.

She is the current Chair of the Board of Advisors of Greater Accra Christian Fellowships.

She is Passionate about the Environment and Preservation of Nature.
