Hajia Ayishetu Abdul-Kadiri is a seasoned Educational Consultant and passionately advocates gender equality, integrity, and good governance. With over two decades of experience in education and leadership, she has dedicated her career to empowering women, promoting girl-child education, and advancing anti-corruption values in public life.

A native of Wa in the Upper West Region, Hajia Ayishetu holds an MPhil in the Study of Religions from the University of Ghana. She has lectured at the University of Cape Coast, Methodist University, and the Islamic University College, and served as Circuit Supervisor at the La-Nkwantanang Madina Municipal Education Directorate.

She is an active member of Transparency International Ghana and several civic and faith-based networks, including the Faith in Ghana Alliance (where she serves as Board Chair), the Federation of Muslim Women’s Associations in Ghana (FOMWAG), the Religious Bodies Network on Climate Change (RELBONET), and the African Women of Faith Network (AWOFNET).

Hajia Ayishetu remains deeply committed to building a transparent, just, and inclusive society through education, advocacy, and ethical leadership.
